Cerelith seems slow or down

The status page shows whether the website, chat and API, email and background work are running, and any incident we are working on. It checks every five minutes.

If the status page says everything is working but you still have trouble:

1. Reload the page, or sign out and in again.
2. Try another browser or turn off extensions that block scripts.
3. Open a support request with the time it happened and, for the API, the request id.
