Delete your account

Open Settings and scroll to Delete account. You need your password and your email address to confirm.

When you delete your account:

• every API key stops working at once
• paid plans are cancelled straight away, without a refund for the rest of the period
• your chats, projects, files and support requests are deleted

We keep invoices for as long as the law requires. If you own a team with other people in it, hand the team to someone else or remove the others first.

You may want to download your data before you go.
