Download a copy of your data
Ask from Settings and we email you a ZIP file with everything we keep about you.
Open Settings and press Download my data under Your data. We put together one ZIP file with:
- your profile and email choices
- every chat you still have, as Markdown files
- your projects with their instructions and files
- your support requests and our replies
- details about your API keys, never the keys themselves
- your invoices, your answer ratings and your account history
It usually takes a few minutes. We email you a link that works for seven days while you are signed in, and then the file is deleted. You can ask once a day.
